You're already thinking about it.

That quiet worry that keeps
showing up at the back of your mind.

What happens when the structure of primary school disappears and she has to manage herself?
Will she fall apart before she even gets her footing? And will I have anything left to hold her together?
Mornings are already hard. Homework is already a battle. High school feels like everything turned up.
I want to help her but I don't know what to actually do that will make a difference.

The good news? The years before high school are exactly the right time to act.

Small habits built now compound into confidence later. You don't need to overhaul everything. You just need a place to start.

The truth about preparation

You don't have to wait until Year 7
to give her a fighting chance.

Most parents wait until the wheels fall off. But the ADHD brain builds habits slowly and needs repetition. The window before high school isn't downtime. It's the most valuable preparation time she has.

One tiny habit, practised for six months before Year 7, is worth more than ten strategies introduced in week one of high school. That's what this course is built around.

This is for you if

You want her to be ready.
Not just surviving, ready.

No diagnosis required. These strategies work for ADHD girls and their siblings too.

Your daughter has an ADHD diagnosis and you want to set her up before the transition hits
You suspect ADHD but don't have a diagnosis yet and want to start building the foundations now
High school is 1 to 4 years away and you want to use this time well instead of waiting for crisis
You're exhausted by the daily chaos and want practical tools, not more theory, that actually fit your real life
You have more than one child and need strategies that won't drain the bandwidth you have left
What's inside the course

10 OT-backed tools. Taught in
12 short, practical videos.

Each lesson is 2 to 6 minutes. Watch on your phone. Start using the strategy that same day.

About Shelley

By Shelley L'Green
Occupational Therapist, Mum, and ADHD Woman

With over a decade supporting ADHD children and families, I've seen what happens when parents wait for high school to arrive before preparing. And I've seen what's possible when they don't.

I'm also an ADHD woman and a mum. I know what it is to hold it all together while quietly wondering if you're doing enough. My approach is gentle, judgment-free, and grounded in what actually works in real family life, not just in a clinic.

"The strategies in this course are the ones I reach for first in every single 1:1 session with an ADHD tween. I built this so you don't need to spend $200 an hour to access them."

How it works

Simple enough to start
on a Tuesday night.

1
Purchase and get instant access
Log into your dashboard on your phone, tablet, laptop, or TV. Everything is there, ready to go.
2
Watch one short video
Each lesson is 2 to 6 minutes. Watch at school pick-up, during lunch, after bedtime. No big time blocks needed.
3
Pick one strategy and try it
You don't implement everything at once. Each lesson gives you one concrete thing to try at home, that week.
4
Build the foundation, one habit at a time
Habits take time to stick, especially for ADHD brains. Starting now means by Year 7, these are part of how she operates. Not something new to learn in the middle of a transition.

Questions

My child is only in Year 3. Is it too early?
Not at all. The ADHD brain builds habits slowly and benefits most from long, gradual practice. Starting in Years 3 to 5 means you have the most valuable preparation window available to you. Earlier is better.
Do we need an ADHD diagnosis?
No. These strategies are designed for ADHD girls but work across all neurotypes. If you are on a waitlist, exploring a potential diagnosis, or simply raising a girl who struggles with the things described, this course is for you.
How long are the videos?
Each lesson is 2 to 6 minutes. There are 12 lessons in total. You can work through the whole course in under 90 minutes, or take it one lesson at a time, whenever works for you.
How do I access the course?
Instant access after purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with your login details. Log in to your dashboard and stream all lessons on any device. Lifetime access included so you can return anytime.
Does this replace therapy or medical care?
No. This is educational content based on occupational therapy principles. It does not replace personalised assessment, therapy, or medical advice. If your child is working with an OT or other health professional, this course can complement that support.
Payment, receipts, and NDIS
You'll receive a tax invoice by email after purchase. If you are self-managed or plan-managed under NDIS, please check with your plan manager about eligibility as education resources vary by plan.

The earlier you start,
the calmer you both arrive.

Give her the foundations now, one small habit at a time, so high school is something she steps into, not falls into.
